Legacy in Months, Not Years: Keeping AI-Written Code Safe to Change

Dmitriy Fedoryshchev Hear how to tell whether agent-written code is making a codebase safer or riskier, and how the rules the agent kept breaking became checks it cannot skip, built into Dmitriy’s own open-source tools. Lessons from modernising a 600-table, 21 TB legacy core into microservices with a squad that went AI-native under one doctrine: only merge code that can be understood and explained.
